ASID application
To apply for membership, please complete the application and e-mail or fax along with copies of your trade credentials (see application) to dpiha@greatersouthern.com or (770) 803-3053, Attention: Designer Program.
 
Once we have processed your completed application, you will receive a confirmation email that will grant you access to all program benefits.

Terms and Conditions
This Agreement reserves the right to set forth the terms and conditions for membership in the Greater Southern Designer Discount Program. Greater Southern may change the Designer Discount Program or these Terms & Conditions without notice.  Greater Southern will post such changes at www.greatersouthern.com/designer.php. Any changed Terms & Conditions become effective immediately upon being posted. Continued use of membership, constitutes agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions. 

Trade Discount
The trade discount is not valid with any other offer, purchase of gift cards, or promotional items, surcharges/shipping, and processing fees or taxes.  The trade discount is not redeemable for cash. No minimum purchase is required. Greater Southern reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted at www.greatersouthern.com/designer.php, as changed Terms & Conditions, discussed in the preceding paragraph. Members may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by calling the Customer Service Department at (678) 309-3898.

Qualifying 
Incomplete applications will not be accepted. 

To qualify, please submit one of the following:

  • Copy of ASID, DSA, SDSA, ISES, IDS, CID, IADA, AIA, ARIDO, or IIDA membership card
  • Copy of State Professional License
  • Copy of Interior Design Certification

In addition, please submit:

  • Copy of State Business license or Tax ID Form
  • Business Card

We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion.  Membership is offered to individuals only. If your firm has multiple designers, each designer must individually apply for membership. 

Employees of Greater Southern Home Recreation are not eligible for membership.  

Membership
Membership is valid for three years.  Membership is not transferable.  The named designer must present his or her customer number to receive the trade discount at time of purchase.  The named designer must also present his or her business credit card for credit card purchases.

Misuse of membership may result in membership termination.  Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the trade discount for personal purchases, any resale of merchandise purchased using the trade discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction Web site or store), reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return, transfer of membership, allowing others to use the membership ID (e.g., sharing the ID with a client), and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a membership application. 

Termination
Greater Southern reserves the right to terminate a membership at its discretion when these Terms & Conditions have been violated, with or without notice to the member.  Greater Southern reserves the right to cancel the Designer Discount Program at its discretion, without notice to members.
